Welcome to Second Life Veterinary Hospital. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. PVMC Compliance & Professional Ethics

Second Life Veterinary Hospital operates under the professional and ethical guidelines established by the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC). Dr. Bilal Ahmad is a Registered Veterinary Medical Practitioner (RVMP). All medical treatments, surgical procedures, and diagnostic tests are conducted in accordance with acceptable standards of veterinary care in Pakistan.

2. Provision of Veterinary Care

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or pet if we believe the environment is unsafe for our staff, or if the owner refuses to comply with our clinical protocols. In the event of an emergency, our team will perform necessary life-saving triage procedures as dictated by veterinary ethics, provided the owner grants consent.

3. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments made through this website are provisional until confirmed by our staff. While we strive to adhere to scheduled times, emergency critical cases take priority and may cause delays. We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a refusal of future online bookings.

4. Payment Policy

Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash and major local payment methods (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfers) as agreed upon at the clinic. Estimates for surgeries or extensive treatments will be provided prior to the procedure; however, unforeseen medical complications may alter the final cost.

5. Use of Website and AI Advisor

The website and our AI Advisor tool are provided "as is". The AI Advisor is a supplementary tool meant for general guidance and must never be used for emergency diagnosis. You agree not to hold Second Life Veterinary Hospital liable for any outcomes resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated advice without first consulting our veterinarians in person.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the veterinary services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
